Sweatty Betty have been my favourite workout brand since I became a yoga teacher many years ago.People often day their stuff isn’t cheap but that’s the point - I have stuff I’ve had for years -it lasts and lasts- I’m a big fan of their power leggings really great wear all day leggings

I love the Sweaty Betty leggings, they are the best I’ve ever had by far. I recently ordered some more but one pair still had a security tag attached. The reply to my complaint was almost instant and a replacement was sent out straight away. Although it was frustrating to have the security tag attached to the first pair that arrived, the service could not have been better (and sadly such good service is pretty rare these days).

Sharona and Zoe were outstanding helping me this week. I realise why I buy all my exercise wear there - the customer service is amazing, It is quality gear, never goes out of shape and the leggings have phone pockets.

Anna and Shannon provided excellent customer service!! I ordered a sale item and when I received it and tried it on, I decided I wanted a looser fit (larger size). I returned the item but I had used a $20 coupon code that I wanted to apply when I ordered the larger size. Anna went ahead and applied the $20 to my order, once she received my email request, so I didn't miss out on the item I wanted or the amazing price!

I have been a Customer of sweaty Beaty for a while and I will say I have never had a problem until now!. So disappointed with the no show socks one sock stayed up the other fell off, this has been going on for a week now and reply if I get one I’m lucky, returned leggings on 12th July they have received them but no refund or acknowledgement that they have them, ordered a replacement pair still not received, I am so upset with Sweaty Betty that if I could return every item I ordered I would. Still no help and have even asked for a Manager to contact me . Very poor.

Great thanks to Lydia and Dolly for sourcing an item I needed. They called various stores and put my item on hold with another store. They kept me informed and helped me out throughout.
They were so kind and went and their way. I will be using their store as main store even though I have one that is closer to me. Thank you for the whole experience.

Ziyen at Sweaty Betty offered outstanding online customer service with resolving my enquiry of lost return items. Ziyen replied promptly tracking returned items on the system and processed a full refund straightaway as a gesture of good will, so I didn't have to wait.

I contacted Sweaty Betty regarding a hole in my favourite leggings and my issue was resolved extremely quickly. Jeenah (on the live chat service) was very polite and helpful and I would recommend them to everyone.

I have to say sweaty Betty this has been the best customer experience I have ever received! I had a faulty item and charity event and Dearbhala went above and beyond helpigg by me get a new jacket for Saturday. Her system went down in the middle of my reorder and she got back to me as promised and did the order.

Catherine assisted me in processing my refund in a timely manner. Catherine was courteous and knowledgeable and provided the assistance I was looking for.

Incredibly helpful customer service. We had a product (shorts) that just got a hole in it after being worn less than 10 times. They replaced the product and the instructions provided by customer service were very clear. Overall pleasant.
